In October 2019, the Clarus Group principals delivered a day-long training to managers and staff with procurement responsibilities in the Town of Danvers.  The training covered the legal requirements and best practices for purchasing owner’s project manager services, design services, and construction services and materials under the state’s design and construction laws and for purchasing supplies and services under M.G.L. c. 30B.  Dan and Pamela also discussed the guiding principles of public purchasing and key purchasing controls that help organizations function properly and achieve their purchasing objectives.
